SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States or internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination.
Items in stock will typically shipped out same day when ordered before 2pm pst. On weekends, it will be on the following business day.
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluded applicable sales tax.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
2.RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 60 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
-The items must be returned for refund or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase.
-Items and packaging must be received in new condition.
-The original manufacturer's packaging must not be damaged.
-Packaging must include all original items.
-Return authorization number must be clearly marked on shipping box.
-Return package must include copy of original invoice or sale receipt.
Before returning package you need to contact Dolcefoglia.com to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can you phone number listed below or email Info@dolcefoglia.com. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount of the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid insured traceable method to the address below.

My tracking shows delivered but I can't locate my order, what do I do?
Contact your local post office, UPS or designated carrier immediately. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, the carrier that was decided on at checkout holds full liability of said package. We are not responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged packages/product.
For Best Storage Conditions & Shelf-life:
Storage: Store in a cool, dry environment in a tightly sealed original container. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, air, and heat. Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use. After opening, the product can be refrigerated or stored at cool room temperature.
Our flavors have a shelf life of 12 - 18 months (60F° to 72F°). Never freeze flavors, this will cause some separation, and the flavor may “break” causing you never to get them to mix again.
