Our flavors are highly concentrated and may be used for multiple purposes! We manufacture and produce all of its flavors in-house in the Great United States of America!

• No Sweeteners
• Sugar-Free and Gluten-Free
• No Vegetable Oils
• Best if used at or below 400 degrees

This flavor is appropriate for hard candy, truffles, candy centers, fondant, frosting, ganache, fudge, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, sweetbreads, smoothies, etc. and is appropriate for use in chocolates or coatings.

Our recommended starting ratio for beverages is 0.2% – 0.5% by volume, and most foods (cooking, candy, baking, desserts) start at 0.5% – 1% of liquid base.
