Finally created a low carb keto coffee cake with a yummy filling of cream cheese and raspberry flavoring. This keto cream cheese coffee cake is sure to please on the holidays or any off shoot reason to have dessert!
The beauty of this recipe is the fact that it is so delicious yet you can still taste the raspberry flavoring and feel good afterwards. Since it is so low carb, to have a little cheat fun, I like to add a little whip cream to spice up the dessert just to give it a bit of edge.

Process for Keto Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
Preheat the oven to 325F
Grease a 9-inch square baking pan
For the cake batter, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
In a large bowl, allow the butter to become room temperature and beat together with the eggs. Thereafter, mix in the sweetener and almond extract.
Add in the almond flour mixture until beaten. Add in the almond milk until well beaten. Set aside while making the filling.
Grab the baking pan and pour about 2/3 of the cake batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the batter in the pan.
With the remaining batter, create small dots over the filling. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until top is light golden brown and filling is just set but still jiggles slightly in the middle. Remove and let cool completely, then transfer to refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
How To Store Your Keto Raspberry Flavored Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
Up to your discretion but you can either freeze the cake by the slice or as a whole unit! All you have to do is wrap them in plastic wrap and place them in a freezer bag. Should be good frozen for up to two weeks. After two weeks, the flavor quality begins declining.
